More than 15 years of Project Management, Municipal Public Works & Asset Management experience.
Company founder and President, Chad Buhlin, is a current member of the Canadian Public Works Association, as well as Past President of the Manitoba chapter of the CPWA. He has also spent the past 4 years directly working with the Federation of Canadian Municipalities on a Technical Working Group related to Asset Management. At Buhlin Asset Management, we bring a ground floor up approach to Asset Management, meeting the client wherever they are at, assisting them with creating a sustainable Asset Management program, and integrating that program into daily operations.
WHAT WE DO
Buhlin Asset Management is a consulting business that focuses on Infrastructure Asset Management.
Our goal is to raise capacity and maturity of asset management programs in organizations across Manitoba. The business was founded to help fill the gap of asset management knowledge across the province by working directly with leaders and key staff to develop champions, policies and procedures, short and long-term plans and integrate these in their respective organizations. There is a growing demand from private and public sector organizations for the introduction and integration of Asset Management Plans into their Long-Term Financial Planning and budgeting.
